- Displaying fuel prices;
- Managing site operations;
- Complying with applicable fuel, safety, and consumer laws;
- Handling site-specific service issues.
Qfixgo is responsible for operating the Qfixgo technology platform but does not own or operate all participating fuel retail sites.
7. Refunds and Transaction Issues
If a transaction is unsuccessful, duplicated, incorrectly charged, or if fuel is not dispensed, please contact us or the participating fuel retailer as soon as possible.
Refunds will be assessed based on transaction records, payment provider records, and site data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Australian consumers have rights when buying goods or services that cannot be removed by business terms.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to:
- Resupplying the relevant service;
- Paying the cost of resupplying the service; or
